Premier Ki is a World TaeKwonDo Federation (WTF) style TaeKwonDo (TKD) club. WTF TaeKwonDo is a Korean martial art and an Olympic sport. TaeKwonDo is a martial art for self-defence, competitions, gradings and all round physical and mental completeness. All training sessions are run by the club's senior instructors, who are both fully qualified and experienced trainers:

National medallist at sparring, technical and destruction. Twice Venezuelan National Sparring Champion and international medallist. He is a BTCB recognised grading examiner, instructor and referee.
  • Gemma Biescas: 5th dan black belt master, European silver medallist, and international medalist in Spain, Russia, Pakistan, Germany, Holland, Italy, Belgium, Croatia, and the USA. She has represented Great Britain since 1991 at various competitions, including 3 European Championships 1992/1994/1997, the World Championships 1993 and World Cup 1994. British Sparring Champion 1992-1995, and British Technical Champion 1996 and 1997. She is a BTCB recognised grading examiner, instructor and referee.
